  1. Go to the bathroom and urinate.

  2. Squeeze your Kegel muscles for 3 seconds...the way you squeeze when you're trying not to pee. Relax for 3 seconds.

  3. Now squeeze and hold 10 seconds.

  4. Breathe deeply like you would when lifting weights or doing yoga.

  5. Squeeze your pelvic muscles 10 times...holding each squeeze for 10 seconds.

  6. Do three sets of 10 flexes. This should be a total of 30 flexes.

  7. Work your way up to a sexercise regimen of 50...three times a day.

2. Pelvic Connecting Crunch

The Pelvic Connecting Crunch is an even more effective sexercise because it uses your transverse abdominals and inner thighs to engage your PC muscles and work them even harder.

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet on the floor.

  2. Place a soccer ball (or any ball about 10" in diameter)...between your inner thighs.

  3. Inhale and feel the tension extend up your stomach and spine.

  4. Lift your head and shoulders slightly off the ground and hold this position for 10 seconds.

3. The Dildo Squeeze

  1. Lie down and exercise your PC muscles by squeezing down on an insertable vibrator. Make sure to use lots of lube.

  2. Experiment with squeezing down as you push the dildo in and pull it out.

  3. Try to push it out using only your PC muscles. Practice until you can squirt it out forcefully.

  4. Sit straight up and...using only your PC muscles...try to keep the dildo inside your vagina. Don't let it slip out.

  5. See if you can walk around while still holding the object in place inside you.
